Mr Peter Ferguson

Mr Peter Ferguson has commenced consulting and operating at The Bays Hospital.

Mr Ferguson graduated in medicine from St Andrews University, Scotland in 1996. He completed his paediatric surgical training at various hospitals in the United Kingdom including the Great Ormond Street Hospital, London, Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, London, Royal Hospitals for Sick Children – Glasgow and Edinburgh. Mr Ferguson completed his specialist training in the UK in 2007 and his Australasian specialist requirements in 2009.

Mr Ferguson is the Head of General Paediatric Surgery and supervisor of Paediatric Surgical training at Monash Children’s Hospital. He is a member of the clinical examination committee for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
