Mr David Syme

Mr David Syme is a plastic & reconstructive surgeon with particular interests in hand & wrist surgery.

David completed his medical degree in 2000 and his Plastic and Reconstructive Fellowship in 2012. David commenced private practice in Mornington in 2012 for 12months before undertaking 2 further years of hand and wrist specialty training in the UK and Europe. David has completed extensive training in Australia and overseas working under some of the worlds pre-eminent orthopaedic and plastic surgical experts in advanced hand and wrist surgery. David is therefore one of only few plastic surgeons in Australia able to treat all hand and wrist conditions.

David re-established his private practice in Mornington in 2016. He has public appointments with Peninsula Health, Monash Health and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.
