Dr Eric Mayer

Dr Eric Mayer has many years of experience in routine and complex ophthalmic surgery. He specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of all retinal conditions, including macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, retinal vein occlusion and macular hole.

Dr Mayer provides both medical and surgical treatment of these conditions, with expertise in vitreoretinal surgery, laser treatment and eye (intravitreal) injections. In addition to treating retinal conditions, Dr Mayer is a cataract surgeon, with considerable experience in traditional (manual) and laser cataract surgery.
