The Registered Nurse Graduate Program 2013The Bays Hospital Registered Nurse Graduate Program is a 52 week program, 30 hours per/week (4 shifts) commencing 11th February 2013. At The Bays Hospital we offer salary packaging up to $16,050 (tax free dollars). Clinical ProgramYou will have 3 clinical rotations that include:2 core Medical/Surgical rotations 1 elective specialty rotation available in:
Theoretical ProgramHospital Orientation begins the start of your graduate program with supernumerary days in the clinical areas allowing you to ease into the transition of student nurse to beginner practitioner. Four paid study days tailored to the graduate nurses needs are offered and are supplemented with tutorials and debrief every 2 weeks. Clinical SupportClinical support is provided by experienced preceptors and Clinical Nurse Educators.
