The Registered Nurse Graduate Program 2014The Bays Hospital Registered Nurse Graduate Program is a 52 week program, 30 hours per/week (4 shifts) commencing in February each year and available to Registered Nurses (RN) and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EEN). At The Bays Hospital we offer salary packaging up to $16,050 (tax free dollars). Clinical time in our High Dependency Unit will also be available to our Graduate RN's. Theoretical ProgramHospital Orientation begins the start of your graduate program with supernumerary days in the clinical areas allowing you to ease into the transition of student nurse to beginner practitioner. Four paid study days tailored to the graduate nurses needs are offered and are supplemented with tutorials and debrief every 2 weeks. Clinical SupportClinical support is provided by experienced preceptors and Clinical Nurse Educators.
