The Bays Hospital Group's Board of Directors consists of seven Directors, elected from eligible Members of the Hospital, and two Medical Practitioner representatives. The Board has charge of the management, administration and control of the hospital, aged care facility, its funds and its property. Directors are elected for a period of three years.
Chairman - Mr Adrian Wischer B.Ec., FAICD, AFAIM
Mr Wischer is an experienced investor in, and manager of, Australian Small And Medium Sized Enterprises (SME's). He has strong corporate governance skills as Managing Director and CEO of a public company and is a Foundation Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
