The Bays Hospital Building Project

We are extremely proud to have recently completed our building project.  It’s been three years in the planning and has taken two years to build.  We now have a 14 bay day surgery unit, five operating theatres and nineteen new patient rooms.

The project has also created a new ambulance entry at the front of the hospital and includes support services such as a nurse call and internal paging system, a larger power generator and a new kitchen. 

Thank you to our community and for the support that we have received from our patients, local clubs and businesses.  We now have a 100 bed hospital with the capacity to provide health care for Mornington Peninsula residents for many generations to come.
